Shipping Procedures
At beautyblooms, we prioritize nationwide delivery, managed by our trusted shipping partners who typically attempt delivery two to three times. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, please reach out to us to arrange a rescheduled delivery.
Please be aware that we do not dispatch products on Sundays and holidays due to partner unavailability. We regret to inform you that if products or orders are returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, refunds for the purchase price cannot be offered, and we will not be held liable.
Transit Duration
Domestic shipments usually take approximately three to eight (3-8) days to reach their destination.
Split Shipments
For orders containing multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days based on availability and shipping locations. Our products are often shipped separately to ensure secure transit, resulting in multiple deliveries.
Change of Address Requests
Once an order is placed, address modifications cannot be made. If changes are needed, please contact us within 24 hours of submitting your transaction, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been prepared for shipment, but only within twenty-four (24) hours of placing the order. You will receive a full refund, along with an email confirmation. Please note that orders marked as "Ready to Ship" are non-cancelable as they are dispatched within twenty-four (24) hours.
